Devlins Form EP16-199

This form of Devlin is AWESOME!!!

It has super speed, is able to fly, can phase through objects, can shoot flames, can bond with mechanical objects, can swim, can shoot crystals out of its hands, has super strength, and all of its senses are multiplied by two. Also, it doesnt have the downside of Kevins power. Kevin was half powered. Devlin is full powered. You like that? I sure do!
